Chiquita Jackson

President & CEO

Chiquita Jackson is a remarkable first-generation entrepreneur and founder of Chiquita Jackson Enterprise, an innovative social impact agency focused on dismantling poverty through strategic initiatives. She has been dedicated to changing the lives of those who have been historically disadvantaged by providing access to resources such as workforce development, youth development, community events, and grassroots advocacy. Through her dedication and hard work, she has created an inspiring pathway to success for her community. Her story serves as an example of what can be accomplished when passion meets purpose.

Thomas Tabbs Jr

Director of Operations & Programming

Thomas Tabbs is an outstanding community leader who enjoys being a mentor to youth through sports leadership. He currently serves as the Director of Operations & Programming at Chiquita Jackson Enterprise and has worked for the Department of Juvenile Services for over six years. He also attends Prince George's Community College, where he is currently majoring in General Studies. As a Director of Operations & Programming, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Chiquita Jackson Enterprise. His passion for helping others, especially those in his community, is evident in his work with the Department of Juvenile Services and now with Chiquita Jackson Enterprise. With Thomas Tabbs leading the way, Chiquita Jackson Enterprise will surely be successful moving forward!

Ben Waterman

Research &  Advocacy Intern

Ben has been a research intern with CJEnterprise since early 2024. His research interests include social determinants of health. He is a biology and psychology double major at the University of Maryland. Ben is also a runner and trains for half marathons.

Chris Monahan

UX/UI Designer

Chris Monahan is a rising UX Designer passionate about crafting intuitive, inclusive, and accessible digital experiences. Drawing from a background in special education, Chris approaches each project with a deep understanding of diverse user needs, ensuring designs are functional, seamless, and universally accessible. Committed to the principles of universal design, they focus on creating clear navigation, enhanced readability, and effortless usability for all, with a particular dedication to improving access for individuals with disabilities. Eager to innovate and collaborate, Chris is driven to help build a more inclusive digital future.
